Vegas motorcycle auction
had always been on my bucket
list, and this year, everything
昀nally lined up. Deby and I had
already planned our annual
winter motorcycle trip to Mexico,
a tradition where we haul our
bikes to a warmer starting point
to avoid unpredictable winter
roads. Conveniently, the Mecum
auction was scheduled for
January 27331 in Las Vegas, 昀tting perfectly into our itinerary.
We decided to drive to Vegas, park our truck and trailer, and
experience the auction before heading south on our bikes.
We weren9t the only ones from the NWNO making the
trip4club president Mark Zenor and Vice President Doug
Saugen were there too. We also bumped into Raul
Biascoechea and Chuck Peter, who had recently relocated to
Vegas and was volunteering at the auction. It was great to see
familiar faces in such a bustling environment.
