than I anticipated — but isn’t
roducing the Norton News
that always the way things work
out? If it was easy, everyone
would be doing it.
With NN199, many copies
were ripped, and many members
received only the cover — if they
received anything at all. We
believe it was a combination of
factors: the printing company not
applying the adhesive tabs
correctly and the switch to heavier
paper, which made the magazine
thicker so the post of昀椀ce’s sorting
machines couldn’t handle it.
Then, with NN200, after altering
